The SATEL-B2-TR489 EU radio modem operates in the license-free pan-European frequency band (869 MHz), so no additional authorization is required for use. It is ideal for data transmission in telemetry and alarm systems. It supports communication on channels in the 869.40–869.65 MHz frequency range, with a data rate of 19.2 kbit/s and a bandwidth of 25 kHz, at a maximum power output of 0.5 W. The SATEL-B2-TR489 EU is also a compatible replacement for older SATELLINE-EASy 869 / 865 modem models.

SATEL-EASy+

The SATEL-EASy+ radio modem integrates a UHF radio and a serial modem into a compact aluminum housing. It is ideal for data transmission between controllers and monitoring systems, offering transparent communication according to industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU, Profibus and others. It operates in the 403–473 MHz frequency range, with a data rate of 19.2 kbit/s at a bandwidth of 25 kHz. An optional LCD control display is available to simplify parameter configuration in the field.

SATEL-EASy Pro+

The SATEL-EASy Pro+ radio modem features high transmission power of up to 35 W, making it suitable for long-distance data transmission. It operates in the 403–473 MHz frequency range, with a data rate of 19.2 kbit/s. Its special IP67-rated enclosure makes it ideal for harsh environments, as it can operate in low temperatures and high humidity.

SATEL Proof-TR489

The SATEL Proof-TR489 is built for the most demanding environments, offering the highest level of protection with an IP69K rating. It is resistant to extreme temperatures and high-pressure water. Glavni prekidači

The main switch is the cornerstone of every circuit. Its function is to disconnect the machine and all electrical connections from the mains during cleaning, maintenance and repair, as well as when the machines are idle for long periods. It must comply with IEC/EN 60947-3 for user category AC23.

The position of the main switch shall be clearly indicated, either by a visible separation of the contacts (open position) or by a clear indication of the position. The main switch shall also be capable of being locked in the “Off” position to allow safe servicing. The switch may also be used as an emergency switch but must then be properly marked with a red handle on a yellow background.

VLT® AAF napredni aktivni filteri (napredni aktivni filter)

A highly flexible solution for the cancellation of higher harmonic components. It can be installed centrally for the whole plant or for part of the plant, or individually for each frequency converter. With the use of a suitable transformer, active filters can also be installed in the medium voltage network. Advanced active filters analyze the harmonic situation of the system and compensate for the higher harmonics present. At the same time, they can also compensate for reactive power in the system.

Vacon 100 Industrijski

The new Vacon 100 series is suitable for a wide range of demanding industrial applications where there is a need to provide constant power and torque. The Vacon 100 is available for power ratings from 1.1 to 630 kW (400V) in IP21 and IP54 enclosures and features lacquered printed circuit boards with electronic components, allowing installation even in environments with high levels of condensation. An I/O signal card, RS485 and Ethernet interface are fitted as standard, expansion with up to three additional I/O or communication cards is possible, and a number of special functions for dedicated applications are built in. The built-in PLC functionality, using IEC61131-1 programming languages, allows free programming of additional functions.

Vacon 100 PROTOK

The Vacon 100 FLOW is the latest in a series of frequency inverters designed to control pumps and fans in industrial, building automation, drinking water and wastewater systems. Vacon 100 FLOW combines the main functionalities of Vacon 100 with additional, purpose-developed features. The new Vacon 100 FLOW series is available in a power range from 1.1 to 630 kW (400V) in IP21 or IP54 versions.

Embedded applications such as PID, HVAC, Multipump have ready-made parameter sets for easier setup and commissioning. The graphic display allows monitoring 9 values at the same time, as well as graphically displaying two signals. In addition to the standard input/output signals, a wide range of expansion cards are available to ensure that the requirements of the most demanding users are met.

The Vacon 100 FLOW already has RS485 and Ethernet interfaces built-in, and with the optional communication cards we have practically all current communication protocols at our disposal (Modbus RTU, Profibus, LonWorks, Modbus TCP, Profinet, BACNet, CAN…), which allows easy integration into all automation systems.

Vacon 20

The Vacon 20 series compact frequency inverters, available for power ratings from 0.25 kW to 18.5 kW, include additional PLC functionality in addition to all the usual features, offering the necessary flexibility to enable more complex machine control. Vacon 20 inverters are ideal for controlling pumps, fans, conveyors, packaging and washing machines.

Vacon NXP - hlađen zrakom

Available up to 3.2 MW, the NXP series frequency inverters are designed for applications where high robustness, dynamic response and high-speed control accuracy are required. They provide closed-loop vector control and full torque control at extremely low or zero speeds or rotational speeds. In addition to the current measurement system used in the NXS-series, the NXP-series has the ability to control and apply additional feedback from the motor. A more powerful microprocessor is also integrated for this purpose.

Vacon NXP - hlađen vodom

Vacon NXP water-cooled frequency inverters are the smallest water-cooled AC drives on the market. They are suitable for applications where installation space is limited, e.g. shipbuilding.

They are available for outputs of 5.5 kW to 5.6 MW and voltages of 380 to 690 VAC. They can also be used in industrial processes, paper mills, mines and ironworks.

Opto 22

OPTO 22 je etablirani proizvođač robusnih I/O jedinica i distribuiranih upravljačkih sustava za industrijsku automatizaciju. Poznata po svojoj robusnosti, pouzdanosti i decentraliziranom pristupu, tvrtka je stekla priznanje u raznim industrijama diljem svijeta. Njihova glavna karakteristika su integrirana rješenja za upravljanje procesima temeljena na Ethernetu.

Groov EPIC Edge

Groov EPIC represents a new generation of control systems from Opto 22. It combines the features of a modular controller, display panel and communication device with secure connectivity to IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) networks.

The Groov EPIC control system is based on a powerful quad-core processor with two independent Ethernet interfaces and two USB interfaces for serial communication. It includes a high-resolution touchscreen that serves as both a display panel and a tool for configuration and diagnostics. An additional HDMI output allows for the direct connection of an external display.

A complete set of I/O modules is available for the controller, offering up to 24 signal points with hot-swappable capability during operation. Its robust design allows operation in a temperature range from -20°C to 70°C.

SNAP-PAC S

The standalone industrial controller SNAP PAC S, with its processing, memory and communication capabilities, is suitable for managing the most demanding processes. This controller allows data exchange with all Ethernet-programmable input/output units (PAC R1/R2 and PAC EB1/EB) on the network.

The controller has two fully separate Ethernet interfaces, enabling physical separation of segments (domains) in the control and monitoring systems. If needed, redundant configurations of controllers and programmable input/output units are also possible. Additionally, the controller is equipped with serial RS232/RS485 interfaces, which allow connection to older SNAP and G4 Mistic I/O units.

The controller contains 32 MB of RAM, 16 MB of Flash EEPROM and 8 MB of battery-backed RAM. It is highly capable, as it can simultaneously execute up to 32 flowcharts.

SNAP-PAC R1

The programmable input/output processor SNAP PAC R1 combines the features of an I/O unit and a control processor in a single device. The latest version, SNAP PAC R1 (GEN2 Edition), features a powerful processor, 256 MB of RAM, 16 MB of Flash EEPROM and 2 MB of battery-backed RAM, enabling control of even more demanding processes. It can simultaneously execute up to 32 flowcharts.

The PAC R can exchange data with other Ethernet I/O units (PAC R1/R2 and PAC EB1/EB) and standalone SNAP PAC S controllers on the network. It also includes two fully separate Ethernet interfaces, allowing for redundant control system configurations. Besides supporting all standard SNAP I/O modules, the SNAP PAC R also allows for the connection of up to eight serial communication modules in its base, providing a unique solution that simplifies the implementation of non-standard protocols. The SNAP PAC R1 is also a direct replacement for older SNAP PAC EB I/O units.

Ulazno-izlazni moduli

OPTO 22 offers a wide range of analog and digital I/O modules in the SNAP family, including modules with stand-alone PID control loops and serial communication modules with two RS232 or RS485 interfaces. The digital modules are optically isolated up to 4000 V and support up to four signals.

The analog modules are available in two, four or eight channels, with galvanic and optical isolation (4000 V). Two-channel input modules with galvanic isolation of the channels are also available. The broad range of I/O modules supports a variety of voltage, current and frequency signals, as well as Pt100 probes and thermocouples.

OPTO 22 input/output modules come with a lifetime warranty due to their high manufacturing quality.

PAC Project™ softverski paket

Programming PAC R, PAC S and Groov EPIC Edge controllers is facilitated by the PAC Control software with flowcharts, while for more complex applications, OptoScript (a scripting language based on the C programming language) is also embedded. The PAC Control BASIC software is provided to the user free of charge with the purchase of a controller.

With the purchase of the PAC Project Professional software package, users receive additional tools, including the OPTO OPC Server. The package enables redundant and segmented Ethernet interface configurations, support for SNAP and G4 Mistic I/O units, and the migration of programs written with the older Opto Control software tool.

PACSystems

PACSystems (Programmable Automation Controllers) represent an advanced approach to controller development. By using a single software kernel and operating system across different controllers, users can develop application software with a single tool, Pac Machine Edition. This application software can be applied to various platforms depending on application requirements, allowing for a cost-optimized configuration based on current needs. Software migration between different controller platforms is also possible when application requirements change structurally. Upgrading controller hardware (new CPU modules) is easy since the application is portable due to the common software kernel and operating system. This makes upgrades inexpensive and guarantees long-lasting system functionality.

RX3i

The RX3i family of controllers is designed based on high-speed PCI bus technology. It features powerful processors, up to 64 MB of working memory and the ability to permanently store programs and variable values without the need to replace batteries. The RX3i family supports a wide range of input/output modules with hot-swap capability. RX3i processors make it easy to upgrade 90-30 family controllers while retaining all existing input/output modules. For more demanding applications, controllers are also available in configurations that can operate in a Hot Standby redundant setup.

RSTi-EP CPE200

RSTi-EP CPE200 is a new family of compact processing units with extensive communication options for connecting with other systems. Versatile connectivity is provided by three built-in Ethernet interfaces. The powerful processors, combined with RSTi-EP input/output modules and Profinet I/O units such as RSTi-EP or VersaMax, offer a cost-effective solution for smaller distributed control systems.

VersaMax

The VersaMax family of modular controllers is characterized by an innovative design, allowing the VersaMax system to be used either as a programmable logic controller (with a CPU) or as an input/output unit in distributed control systems. Each system can support up to 64 input/output modules and control up to 2048 points, with hot-swap capability. It offers a broad range of input/output modules with up to 32 connection terminals. VersaMax can also be connected as a distributed input/output unit (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus/TCP) in networks with other Emerson controller families.

RSTi-EP

The RSTi-EP I/O family comprises compact distributed I/O units designed for applications with lower I/O signal density, where users have limited installation space for units and terminal blocks but require robust systems with a wide operating temperature range. Available interfaces include Profinet, Profibus and Modbus TCP, along with a wide selection of input/output modules for various signal types. Combined with RSTi-CPE200 processors, RSTi-EP input/output modules provide a cost-effective modular control system tailored to user requirements.

RXi2

PACSystems RXi2 represents a compact, high-performance family of industrial computers designed for the most demanding users. Its robust design makes it ideal for SCADA and Historian applications in the most challenging industrial environments. The patented passive cooling technology enables reliable system operation even in higher ambient temperatures, and the use of COM Express processing boards ensures exceptional resistance to vibration. IPC computers are available in various configurations tailored to user needs.

RXi - PC ploča

RXi – Panel PC is modular and available in configurations such as a stand-alone panel PC, a web HMI panel, or an industrial monitor. This allows users to choose a cost-optimized system according to their needs. All RXi systems are ruggedly built for industrial environments, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +65°C and IP66-rated front panels when mounted. The front panel is made from scratch- and impact-resistant reinforced glass. Users can choose between panel sizes ranging from 7 to 24 inches, with higher luminance versions available for outdoor systems.

Softver

Pac Machine Edition is an integrated software environment for developing user applications. It includes software modules for programming PLCs, distributed units, softPLC controllers, a system visualization module, and a motor drive controller module. The basic software module (Logic Developer – PLC) also enables configuration of controller communication interfaces for Ethernet, Profibus DP, Profinet, Modbus, DeviceNet and Genius. Pac Machine Edition complies with the IEC61131-3 standard. Its extensive interactive help system makes it easy to use even for less experienced users. Complete integration of all components with a single graphical interface and database accelerates user application development.
