Dream Report

Dream Report - The leading software solution for creating reports and Dashboards.

Dream Report - The leading software solution for creating reports and Dashboards

Dream Report is a tool for creating and automatically sending reports, making it easy to generate reports without needing to know any programming languages, so it is suitable for different user groups.

Reports can be in pdf, csv, xml, Excel files or web pages. They are generated automatically based on a schedule (e.g. daily or weekly), at the user’s request (manually or via script), or when process changes or errors occur. Reports can also be automatically printed or sent to selected email addresses. Users can simplify and reduce report production time by preparing templates.

The reports can include data from the Proficy Historian process database, Proficy iFIX SCADA systems, or any standard OPC sources (OPC DA, OPC AE, and OPC HDA), as well as csv and Excel files, and local or remote relational databases (e.g. SQL). This allows users to combine data from different sources for a more comprehensive view and monitoring of systems or processes, and they can also access reports via a web portal, allowing viewing from browsers and mobile devices.

With Dream Report, users can also create custom dashboards for quick insights into system performance (e.g. production lines) and various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

WIN-911

WIN-911 Software is a safe, reliable and efficient notification and alarm system for process systems.

WIN-911

WIN-911 is software that informs users in real time via different communication channels about system operations and critical alarm conditions. WIN-911 can be connected to Proficy iFIX HMI/SCADA systems and any OPC-DA sources. Notifications can be sent via mobile or landline phones (via SMS and/or voice notification), pagers, web browsers, smartphones or tablets.

The WIN-911 application can be used in a wide range of applications: water systems, wastewater treatment systems, energy systems, industrial systems, buildings and other production or infrastructure facilities. Users can choose between different notification and alarm options:

SMS Mobile to Mobile option

Notification and alerting are done by sending SMS text messages to the mobile phones of users who are working at the time.

The WIN-911 system sends an SMS message to users as soon as an alarm occurs in the process system or when an alarm is acknowledged. Users can also send an SMS message back to the WIN-911 system to acknowledge individual alarms or request feedback on the current alarm status of the process system.

Mobile-911 & MobileView option

This option offers users a new way to receive notifications (“push notification” technology), display and acknowledge alarms. This is done via a dedicated application (Mobile-911) adapted for smartphones and tablets or via web browsers (MobileView). The Mobile-911 application works on all Apple iOS, Android or BlackBerry smartphones/tablets.

Notification via email and reminders

Notification and alarming are done via email or alphanumeric prompts.

Voice notification via telephone devices

Calling and notification of alarm conditions can be done via telephone connections. This can be done by creating custom voice (audio) files or by using the text-to-speech option.

Bayshore Networks

Bayshore Networks produces solutions for active protection of the industrial (OT) environment, protecting industrial devices, control and monitoring (iFIX SCADA) systems and preventing intentional or unintentional changes in process operation. In addition, they provide isolation of critical elements and sensitive parts of the network from cyber-attacks and misuse.

Bayshore OTfuse

OTfuse is an automatically adjustable device for the protection of industrial equipment. It is an intelligent security element and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) that is very easy and quick to configure.

The physical OTFuse device is installed upstream of critical endpoints to protect PLC devices, SCADA systems, frequency converters, smart devices, etc.

It works by learning and learning about industrial communication itself, which means that a “whitelist” of known communication from known devices is created. Based on learning and OTfuse rules, it enforces the “normal” operation of the process in the plant and actively prevents any unknown communication from reaching the protected devices in real time.

It supports protocols such as Modbus, Bacnet, Ethernet/IP, Siemens S7, SLMP, FINS, DNP3 and is designed to be used by technologists, maintenance and automation engineers with knowledge of computer science and industrial communication protocols.

The solution protects the network and devices against unauthorized changes (software or configuration), device resets, device reads, and unwanted changes to parameter values (e.g. out of limits).

Bayshore NetWall

Operational networks and their critical equipment are usually isolated from other networks to protect them from cyber-attacks, so we are often faced with the challenge of how to securely transfer data from a protected (process) environment to other networks (e.g. business networks).

NetWall solves this issue elegantly.

It is also called a unidirectional safety gateway or diode and is the hardware and software that performs unidirectional data mapping. With NetWall, a network can be divided into a trusted part and a potentially dangerous part. Data is transferred from a trusted network (e.g. a production plant) without exposing devices to an untrusted network (corporate IT, business destinations). As a unidirectional data diode, it represents an industrial bridge between OT and IT networks, over which data flows seamlessly in one direction only.

NetWall is designed to extract data from separate networks and simultaneously protect networks in a way that no firewall can.

Main functionalities:

  • A hardware and software solution that allows high-speed data transfer in one direction only.
  • Once installed, it creates a secure network segment that isolates and protects critical devices and sensitive networks from cyber-attack and misuse.
  • Securely transfers various data from the process part of the network (e.g. control systems, log files, process databases, etc.) to IT data centers or other (cloud) networks.
  • Supports real-time copying of files and data to business systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, PIM and others.

IIoT360 Platform

IIoT platform for machine manufacturers and users.

Ensure higher machine availability and lower operating costs

The IIoT360 platform enables machine manufacturers (machine builders) and users (industrial companies) to gain detailed insight into the performance of their machines by capturing data from machines, securely transmitting it to the cloud and using advanced analytics.

In operation, machinery is subject to constant stress, wear and ageing, which affects its performance and causes breakdowns. Regular maintenance and response to breakdowns can solve some of the problems but not all of them.

To achieve significant improvements in availability that create added value for industrial companies and bring financial and non-financial benefits to machine manufacturers, both sides need to work together.

IIoT360 platform at a glance

  • Modular and integrated IIoT system (data capture, transmission, storage, analytics/reporting/exporting-integration with other IT systems)
  • Powerful functional modules activated according to the user's needs (Infrastructure/Basic, Machine Operation, Maintenance Support, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)
  • Carefully selected infrastructure (Edge device, data transfer, cloud), managed according to the latest IT, OT and security standards (ISO 27001)
  • Ensured security in data capture, transmission and processing in line with the most advanced cyber and data security standards
  • Continuous data logging, even in the event of intermittent loss of connection (store&forward)
  • Automatic triggering of notifications according to freely configurable conditions
  • Friendly user interface with customizable displays that can be set by the user
  • Integrated system for managing user and device rights and access
  • Structured and secure storage of all collected machine data in accordance with the most stringent industry standards

If users want to create specific data displays or reports different from the predefined dashboards, they can create them independently without programming, as the application is easily configurable.

The data for machinery manufacturers and industrial companies are separated and can only be accessed by users with the appropriate rights.

The app is available through all standard web browsers and requires no additional installation. It is accessible and adapted for use on any mobile device (computer, smartphone or tablet).

The IIoT360 platform brings significant benefits to both machine builders and industrial companies – read more here.
